How to add or update Payment Information?

Steps to add or update your payment method for monthly subscription fees and metered balance.

In order to have a paid subscription and/or use the metered balance features, you must have a payment method present in Uptics.

If you are looking to upgrade your plan after your free trial, you may simply click here or follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Settings icon in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.

  2. Under the Admin Settings, Click Plan & Billing.

  3. Click on '+Add Payment Method' under the section that says 'Payment Method.'

  4. Enter your payment information.

  5. Click 'Save'.

  6. Choose your subscription plan and confirm.

To add a Payment Method from the Plan & Billing Page:

While present on the Plan & Billing page, complete the following steps to add in a payment method:

  1. Click 'Add Payment Method'.

  2. Enter your payment details in the input fields.

  3. Click the 'Save' button.

To update your Payment Method:

Currently, you have the option to add only one payment method within Uptics.

To add a new payment method in place of your existing method on file, or to update the existing payment method, please follow the steps below:

  1. Proceed to your Plan & Billing page and click to expand your existing Payment Method.

  2. Click on the 'Update Payment Method' text and a bot flow will initiate to gather the required details.

To manually add funds to your Metered Balance:

  1. Proceed to your Metered Balance settings.

  2. Click on the Manual tab.

  3. Enter the amount for Manual recharge of your Metered Balance in the input field under 'Add to your balance'.

  4. Click on 'Add Funds'. If you don't currently have a payment method on file, a popup will appear as shown in the second screenshot.

  5. To add your payment details, follow the steps above and add your payment method information.

  6. Once the details are entered, press the 'Save' button and your payment information will be updated.
