The way the replies and responses work in Uptics is that whatever user has the particular Inbox that sent the email and generated the reply, that user will get the task in their Uptics Inbox to reply.
Each inbox can only be connected under 1 user account.
That said, we do have an Account Linking/Single Sign On feature, so if you'd like 2 users to be able to access a particular user account that the inboxes are connected under, you may do so.
Also, we have a Sending Distribution feature that is available on the Growth Plan and higher. With this feature, for example, you could select inboxes connected under each of your team members' respective accounts for the emails from a campaign to go out with, and each one will get their own replies respective to the inboxes they have connected.
