Inside of Uptics, there are workflows you can set up inside your account to (a) get a task in your Sales Inbox to complete a personalized intro line, and (b) reference that personalized intro line inside of a template that can be sent out after completing the research task.

The video below will walk you through, step by step, how to create a custom field, add a 'paused' task to your sequence, and reference this personalized field inside a template that gets sent out following the completion of the task.
