An uptic is an outbound or automated action that helps move your business forward. It includes Emails, SMS, To-Do's, Phone Calls, LinkedIn Tasks, Add Tag, Assign Contact Owners, Distribute Leads, Create Deals, Sequence Journeys, and Intro Lynes while using Uptics Sequencing or bulk actions.

Any 1-on-1 activity like a Phone Call, SMS, or manual Enrollment into a sequence would also count as an uptic, except for a manually sent Email or a single reply to an Email.
