In addition to creating your own custom property fields inside Uptics, there are many pre-defined properties for use within the system. These properties consist of the following:

  1. Contact Information Properties - This includes properties like First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, etc.

  2. Custom Field Properties - This includes anything you'd like, with property field type options of text, date, dropdown options, and radio buttons.

  3. LinkedIn Information Properties - This includes any LinkedIn task-based activities you have completed within the system.

  4. Status Properties - This includes Lead Status, Lead Source, Lead Type, Contact Owner, Tags, Email Validation, and Email Subscription.

  5. System Information Properties - This includes prospect engagement type data like email replies, link clicks, last contacted, etc.

A majority of the properties under Contact Information, Custom Fields, LinkedIn Information, and Status Properties are manual updates unless you are utilizing our Zapier Integration to your advantage to automatically update these properties.

For the purposes of this article, we will be focusing on defining the System Information Properties inside of Uptics, as most of these filters are dynamic and based on sales activities that are performed by you or engagement by the prospect, and will automatically update as these actions occur.

To access these under Filters on your Contacts List Pages, simply click on the +Filter button and either type in a property or scroll down on the dropdown to the System Information section.

System Information Property Descriptions

Created date

The date when the contact record is created.

Last contacted

The date when the contact record was last contacted via Email, SMS, or Outbound Phone Call.

Last meeting booked

The date when the contact record last had a scheduled meeting booked.

Last modified date

The date when the contact record most recently had a property field updated.

Sequence

A dropdown of existing sequences to query if contact records are either currently active, or previously enrolled, into a specific sequence.

Number of Sequences Enrolled

Number of Sequences Enrolled at any point in time. If a sequence is deleted or removed, but a record had been enrolled, this will still count towards an enrolled sequence.

Number of Sequences Completed

Number of Sequences Completed at any point in time. The total number of sequences that a contact record has been enrolled in where the sequence completed the last step. There could be an instance where that number changes if a step is added later to the end of the sequence.

Number of Sales Activities

The total of all outbound SMS messages, outbound calls, outbound emails, event invites, event associations, and task associations.

Number of Times Contacted

The total of all outbound SMS messages, outbound calls, and outbound emails.

Number of Emails

The total number of emails sent to a contact record.

Number of Emails Opened

The total number of unique emails opened by a contact record.

Number of Email Replies

The total number of email replies from a contact record.

Number of Email Link Clicks

The total number of unique email link clicks by a contact record.

Number of Phone Calls

The total number of outbound and inbound phone calls with the contact record.

Number of Outbound Calls

The total number of outbound phone calls to the contact record.

Number of Inbound Calls

The total number of inbound phone calls from the contact record.

Number of Tasks

The total number of tasks that have been associated with a contact record.

Number of Tasks Complete

The total number of tasks associated with a contact record that has been marked as complete.

Number of SMS Sent

The total number of outbound SMS messages to the contact record.

Number of SMS Replies

The total number of inbound SMS messages from the contact record.

Number of Events

The total number of created events in which the contact record was associated with the event and was added as an invitee.

Owner assigned date

The date when the contact record has a Contact Owner assigned.

Recent sales email open date

The date when the contact record most recently opened an email that is being tracked.

Recent sales email replied date

The date when the contact record most recently replied to an email.

Recent sales emails clicked date

The date when the contact record most recently clicked a link that is being tracked from an outbound email.

Lead Score

The total lead score of the contact record and based on the Lead Scoring Settings set up inside an account.

Lead Score Status

The status of the contact records' lead score - derived from the Temperature Settings under the Lead Scoring Settings.
