Multiple deal pipelines are a great way to segment and track different types of opportunities. For instance, New business vs Existing, if you have multiple Territories or even different products.
How to add, clone, and manage different Deal Stages and Pipelines
While logged into app.uptics.io, proceed to the 'Profile' icon on the bottom left-hand side of the screen, click 'Settings' click on 'Deal Pipelines' under 'System Properties' and proceed to the ‘Default Pipeline’ section.
To add a 'New Pipeline' once under the ‘Deal Pipelines’ section, press the ‘+ Add’ blue button on the top left of the section.
To 'Clone Pipeline' or add a 'Deal Stage, once under the ‘Deal Pipelines’ section, press the ‘+ Add’ blue dropdown button on the top right of the 'Default Pipleline' list section.
On clicking the '+Add' button, a 'New Pipeline Copy' will be created and you will also be notified about the same in the top right corner of the screen as shown in the below screenshot. You can also edit the pipeline 'Name' or delete the pipeline by clicking on the edit pencil and the bin option highlighted in the below screenshot.
On clicking the 'Clone Pipeline' option, the existing pipeline will be cloned and you will be notified about the same in the top right corner of the screen as shown below.
On Clicking the 'Deal Stage' button, a pop up will show on the right of the screen where you have to enter a name under the 'Enter Label' input for your deal stage and the probability % under the 'Enter Probability(%) input and click the blue 'Save' button.
