The metered balance is used to maintain use of the Phone, Power Dialer, SMS and Call Recording services in Uptics. These charges are in addition to your subscription plan.

To check the pricing and charges associated with the Twilio Integration, please review the list of Twilio Charges for inbound/outbound calls/sms. To cover service fees, Uptics adds a 5% fee on top of the listed Twilio Charges. This list is extensive and is based on your location and other factors.
When you add a phone number to your account, please note, auto-recharge is required in order to ensure any fees incurred can be covered.
To manually recharge your metered balance:
While on the Metered Balance tab in your Uptics Account, click on the 'Manual' tab.
From there, enter the amount you would like to add into your metered balance account then press the 'Add Funds' button.
Upon pressing the 'Add Funds' button, your metered balance will reflect your new balance.
To set up or change the Auto-Recharge through Autopay:
While on the Metered Balance tab in your Uptics Account, click on the 'Autopay' tab. This will be turned on by default with an added phone number and cannot be shut off
Under the "WHEN BALANCE FALLS BELOW $5 ADD..." header, in the input box, enter the amount you would like to have recharged any time your balance reaches the $5 threshold. The minimum amount for recharge is $20 and the maximum is $2000.
Upon pressing the 'Save' button, your metered balance will reflect these changes and will be auto-recharged to the specifications you set.
To view each specific metered balance charge:
While on the Metered Balance tab in your Uptics Account, on the right side of the screen, you will be able to see each individual metered balance charge.
You have the ability to select dates to see the metered balance charges for a specific period.
