In Uptics, you will have full insight into the payments and charges that are made in your account.

While there is a monthly recurring subscription charge that is dependent on the subscription plan you decide to use, there are also metered charges that take place depending on the email validations, phone calls, and SMS messages that occur within your account.

To access your payment history for your Plan Subscription and Metered Balance Replenishments:

  1. While logged into Uptics, proceed to your 'Profile' icon and click on your Settings in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.

  2. From there, under 'Admin Settings' on the left sub-menu, click on the 'Plan & Billing' tab.

  3. Under the Plan & Billing section, click the 'Billing HIstory'.

  4. Here, you will see each plan subscription charge, as well as metered balance replenishment charges. You will also have the ability to view a detailed breakdown of the invoice by clicking on the icon against the date as shown below.

To access your individual charges coming off your Metered Balance:

  1. Proceed to your 'Profile' icon and click 'Metered Balance'

  2. While present on the 'Metered Balance' tab, on the right of the screen you will be able to view the metered balance charges and you also have the option to apply a date filter to view charges for a particular time period.

  3. Here, you will see each individual action/activity that removed balance from your Metered Balance.
