How do I upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or delete my account?

Steps to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel and delete your Uptics Account

If you are looking to upgrade or downgrade your account to a different tier plan, these actions can be completed inside of your Uptics Account by clicking on your Profile icon in the bottom left, and then by clicking on Subscription.

You may also access this page from your Settings > Admin Settings > Plan & Billing.

To upgrade or downgrade your account, follow the instructions below:

  1. Expand the plans and your current subscription by selecting the caret icon.

  2. Navigate the different plan terms (annual and monthly) across the top and make your selection.

  3. Select the radio button next to the plan you'd like to upgrade or downgrade to.

  4. Select the Save button at the bottom and confirm on the popup!

To cancel and delete your Uptics Subscription, as well as have your account and data removed from the system, please click the 'Cancel Account' button on your Plan & Billing page as shown below in the screenshot. The Super Admin on your account must be the one who completes this request for security reasons, otherwise, will be unable to complete the request.

Once you opt in to Cancel and Delete your Account, this will initiate a quick bot flow to capture a few details in order to proceed with your subscription cancellation and account deletion. Uptics will be in touch within 3 business days to confirm your account cancellation and deletion, but consider it received once you complete the flow and get confirmation from the bot.

Please note: Once an account deletion request has been submitted and processed, all data from your account will be removed and will no longer be accessible. Any account deletion requests must be made by the Super Admin on the account or we will be unable to process the request.
