The Power Dialer is an automated telephone dialing system that connects Users in Uptics with Sales Prospects more efficiently by allowing the Users to focus on live connections instead of manual dialing. It is a very useful tool to keep you and your team organized, consistent, and focused on dialing your prospects.

Whether it be cold calling prospects or calls to a current list of clients, the power dialer will help you quickly and effectively make these calls. If you have a contact record search query that needs to be called, the system can automatically call prospect after prospect for you without having to manually "call" each contact.

The power dialer buffer time is the time you would like in between calls so that you can log the call and make and relevant notes before the next call begins.

Before using the power dialer feature, you may want to set the buffer time you'd like in between calls for the Power Dialer.

To set the Power Dialer Buffer Time:

  1. While logged into, proceed to the 'Profile' icon on the bottom left-hand side of the screen and click Settings > Email & Phone, ensure the tab along the top is set to Email & Phone, and proceed to the ‘Power Dialer’ section on the right side of the screen.

  2. You may set this buffer to any duration you’d like, keeping in mind you may need some time after each call to finish up any respective log notes. You can always adjust this later as well!

  3. Once the buffer time is set, press the ‘Update’ button to save any changes.
