How to Manage data into Uptics Webhooks
Webhooks serve as the bridge facilitating seamless communication between our platform and third-party applications. By enabling the transmission of data both inward and outward, Uptics Webhooks seamlessly integrate with workflow rules, lead management, deals pipelines and more.
Uptics integration empowers our clients to automate their entire sales process, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted communication across all stages of the customer journey.
Step 1: Accessing the Uptics Webhooks
Login to your Uptics account, navigate to the Settings from the main Menu.
Click on Integrations in Settings Menu.
Click on Webhook Button.
Step 2: Sending Data From Uptics
Select Send Data and click on Trigger Button, navigate to Send Data Box, here you will find a couple of options to assist you in setting up your data- sending webhook.
Name your Webhook
Add a description of your Webhook
Select a Record Type
Choose a Trigger
Enter a URL where we need to send the data to.
Add any authentication keys you want from the receiving software.
Step 3: Receiving Data Into Uptics
Select Receive Data and click on Action Button, navigate to Receive Data Into Uptics, here you will find a couple of options to assist you in setting up your data-receiving webhook.
Name your Webhook
Add a description of your Webhook
Select an Action
Select a Record Type
Add a Data Type

Click on the Add Field button if you need extra information for your webhook
Clicking on the API Key Button located in Receive Data Menu, you will authorize requests to Uptics. Using them in request headers as authorization allows us to identify who is sending the request.
