Call Recording is a setting on a per-individual account basis, so any User can go into their setting to turn on this toggle. 😀
We'll be moving this into the main settings where you added your phone numbers, but for now it is nested here!
There is also the option 'in-call' to turn on recording if it is not already, and this can be done on the Active Call Banner that appears at the bottom of the screen as shown below.
