How do I change my Default Timezone and Date Format?

Steps to set your Company's Time zone and Date Format

Follow the steps below to update your default time zone and date format in Uptics:

  1. Proceed to your profile icon in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen, click on Settings, then select Profile & Preferences.

  2. Next, under the Preferences section, the first dropdown is your default time zone selection and the second is your date format.

  3. Make your selections from the dropdowns.

Default Timezone and Date Format

The timezone setting affects a number of time-based features in Uptics and will be the default any time you create a new sequence. Please note, however, you can also change and customize the sending timezone per sequence.

Your timezone settings let us know: 

  • When to send emails that you have set specific time-sending limits in your Sequence Settings.

  • When to send an email that you set to 'Send Later'.

  • When to show a task as due in your Inbox.

As for the date format settings, the selection here will propagate throughout the system anywhere you see a date, i.e. when viewing tasks inside your inbox or viewing timestamps on emails.
