Call Recording is a setting on a per User basis, so any User can go into their respective settings to turn this feature on.
Please note that Call Recordings are a metered balance service, and will incur small charges based on the durations of the recorded calls. A typical recorded call, for example, may charge roughly $.003 USD per recording but is also dependent on the length of the call.
The steps shown here are the same whether you are on the People or Company tab on the Contacts Module. Simply follow the steps below to turn on your call recording!
From any Contacts Page, select a checkbox to the left of any record.
Select the Power Dialer Icon across the blue banner on the top of the screen.
Turn on the toggle next to 'Record Calls' (it is blue when turned on)
There is also the option 'in-call' to turn on recording if it is not already, and this can be done on the Active Call Banner that appears at the bottom of the screen as shown below.
