The AI Writing Assistant is the ultimate tool for perfecting your writing skills and is designed to help you write clear, concise, and engaging emails that get noticed, without requiring you to labor over each and every word.
Using the Writing Assistant couldn't be simpler. Start by creating an email template inside of Uptics, click on 'assistant' to expand it, and the Writing Assistant will get to work analyzing your text. Within seconds, you'll receive a full color-coded report about your writing, so you can quickly identify areas that need improvement.
The Writing Assistant uses a unique color-based feedback system to provide you with insights into the following essential writing metrics: Subject Line, Words, Characters, Sentences, Paragraphs, Grade Level, Reading Time, Positivity, Actionable, You/Me Ratio, Duplicate Words, Power Words, and Spam Words.
The Writing Assistant's color feedback system makes it easy for you to identify areas of your writing that need improvement, and take steps to optimize your email. You'll be able to focus immediately on areas that require the most attention, and you'll be able to write better emails in less time.
To access and use the Email Writing Assistant, simply click to open up the 'assistant' banner on the right side of the Email Template Editor to view the analytics. Along with an assessment for each metric, a total score will also be provided at the bottom as well!

AI Writing Tools
The AI-powered writing tools inside of Uptics are designed to help you communicate more effectively and get your message to the right recipient, at the right time, and with the right tone. Use one, or a combination of many, of these tools to alter your copy and appeal to your prospects.
To access and use the AI Writing Tools, simply highlight any string of text from inside the Email Template Editor, and you will see the AI Writing Tool features appear in the popout. Select the tool you wish to use, and you will be provided with one or more options to choose from and insert into your template - it's that easy!

Subject Lines: Problem-based, Benefit-based
