How to use the AI Writing Tools

To access and use the AI Writing Tools, go to Records > Outbound, click on the blue plus sign button in the upper right-hand corner, and add a new Email Template. Or, simply open up an existing email template you already have created.

From the Email Template Editor, simply highlight any string of text and you will see the AI Writing Tool features appear in the popout. Select the tool you wish to use, and you will be provided with one or more options to choose from and insert into your template.

Finally, using the Green Checkmark, accept the copy you'd like to use, and it will insert and replace your originally highlighted text in the editor - it's that easy!

When you apply Spintax to your copy in Uptics, Uptics will randomly send one of the variations each time your template is used.

Manual Spintax allows you to manually edit and customize the generated text variations to better fit your specific needs. This feature gives you the ability to fine-tune your message and target it more precisely to your desired audience.

To use Manual Spintax, simply highlight a sentence or an individual word, select the Spintax tool, click to add rows and type in various outputs, and hit save! The blue outline will denote that spintax is applied to that copy.

The Automatic Spintax feature in Uptics uses AI to automatically rewrite your content, creating multiple versions of your message based on the original text you've provided. This feature can help you quickly generate variations of your message that can be used in different campaigns or to test the effectiveness of different messages.

To use Automatic Spintax, simply highlight a sentence or an individual word, select the Spintax tool, click the spin button as shown below, edit or approve the variations you want to use, and hit save!

Automatic Spintax in Uptics

Dynamic Spintax takes things a step further by dynamically changing specific words or phrases in your message based on recipient data or other inputs. For example, you could use dynamic Spintax to personalize your message for different recipients, adding in their name or other relevant information to increase the effectiveness of your message. This feature is coming soon, and more content will be provided upon release!
