First you might be wondering...
What are custom tracking domains?
It's yet another feature in Uptics that will help you land in the primary inbox of your prospects!
By default, Uptics uses a generic tracking domain (app.uptics.io) to track all the email opens, link clicks, and unsubscribes from your recipients.
Setting up a custom pixel will replace our domain with the domain that you're sending emails from, which will increase your email deliverability.
You'll need to give Uptics permission to customize the tracking pixel by authenticating your domain by adding a CNAME in your DNS settings with your host provider (Ex: GoDaddy, Cloudflare).
Step 1: Navigate to Email & Phone settings and Connect an Email account
Step 2: Navigate to the Custom Tracking Domain settings
All your connected domains will show up in this list.
Step 3: Log into your domain provider (Ex: GoDaddy, Cloudflare)
In a separate browser window, login to your domain provider.
You will need admin access to create a CNAME record in your DNS settings, by copying and pasting the Name & Value in the Uptics settings.
