How to change the Call Outcome dropdown options

Steps to adjust your default call disposition options in Uptics when logging a phone call

Upon making a phone call in Uptics, you will have the option to log any relevant notes/details from a call, as well as denote the outcome of a call from a dropdown inside the call log.

Call Dispositioning denotes the outcome of a call, and these settings are fully customizable under the Phone Settings.

The system will, by default, have the following Call Outcome options:

  • No Answer

  • Busy

  • Wrong Number

  • Left Live Message

  • Left Voice Call

  • Connected

Below you will find the steps to add/remove/edit any default call dispositions that are present within Uptics.

How to change the call outcome dropdown options in Uptics

To add/remove/edit Call Disposition Options:

  1. While logged into app.uptics.io, proceed to the 'Profile' icon on the bottom left-hand side of the screen and click Settings > Email & Phone, ensure the tab along the top is set to Email & Phone, and proceed to the ‘Call Outcomes’ section on the right-hand side of the screen.

  2. To add a new 'outcome' to the list, type in what you would like the new call outcome to be in the 'Add Call Outcome' input and simply click the '+Add' button.

  3. To remove or edit a call outcome, click on the edit/delete icons to the right of each call outcome.

  4. You may also use the drag and drop feature to the left of the call outcome names to adjust the order in which you would like them to appear while logging a phone call within the system.
