When you are making outbound calls inside of Uptics, your internet browser will select your default microphone to whatever you have defined inside your computer settings. This how-to article will show the quick steps to (a) run a sound test, and (b) adjust the microphone hardware that is to be used.
The steps shown here are the same whether you are on the People or Company tab on the Contacts Module.
