Uptics does not currently support dialing a phone number if the number isn't applied as a value to the phone number field for a contact record.
If you would like to dial a number, create a new contact, add in the phone number, and then proceed to dial the contact. This allows for the call to be properly logged and stored with respect to the contact record.
Can I directly dial a number that isn't attached to a contact record?
