When you initiate a phone call, the call log notes will automatically open up inside the Contact Details Popout. From there, you can select the call outcome from the dropdown, leave any relevant notes, and schedule a follow-up call if you'd like. Scheduling a follow-up call will create a future task for your account, and will show up in your Sales Inbox when it is due.
