Within the System Preferences, you have the ability to (a) assign a default 'Time Zone', (b) assign your preferred 'Date Format' (c) select your preferred 'Font Style', and (d) select your preferred 'Font Size'. These preferences will be present in many areas of the system, i.e. Sales Inbox/Task Management and Contact Details/Activity and History for the Time Zone and Date Format, as well as in the sending options for your Sequences.
To Update Time Zone and Date Format:
While logged into Uptics, proceed to the 'Profile' icon on the bottom left-hand side of the screen and click 'Settings'
From there, click on 'Profile & Preferences', and go to the 'Preferences' section in the middle of the screen.
Click the first option, from the dropdown choose your respective time zone. This will be used for email scheduling and sequence sending time parameters.
For quicker results in the Timezone Settings, you may type in the text box to minimize the number of returned options, then choose your respective time zone.
For your Default Date Format, click the option below the Timezone Settings and from the dropdown choose your respective date format.
To Update Font Style and Font Size:
While logged into Uptics, proceed to the 'Profile' icon on the bottom left-hand side of the screen and click 'Settings'
From there, click on 'Profile & Preferences', and go to the 'Preferences' section in the middle of the screen.
Click the third option, from the dropdown choose a preferred Font Style. This will be used as a default style for email templates, messages, etc within the system.
For your Default Font Size, click the option below the Font Style Settings and from the dropdown choose your respective font size.
