How do I upload images and use the Image Library in Uptics?

Steps to upload images into Uptics and save them in a cloud hosted library.

Uptics has an image library that is available for use in any template editor. Aside from simply uploading an image into an email template, the image library allows you to store and never have to upload that image again for repeated use in other templates.

In addition to uploading images, you can also directly import any Hyperise templates you may have and create instant image personalization in your outbound emails, using our Hyperise + Uptics integration.

To utilize the Image Library feature in Uptics:

  1. Look for the image below in any template editor - this can be accessed in many places throughout Uptics, wherever you can build templates!

  2. Once you click that icon in any editor, the Image Storage popup will appear. The three tabs across the top allow you to:

    1. Upload - click to upload an image file to the library, or drag and drop an image to upload an image file to the library. File formats supported include JPEG, PNG, BMP, and GIF files with a maximum file size of 5 MB.

    2. Image Library - access any previously uploaded images and insert them into your template.

    3. Hyperise - access and insert any Hyperise Templates into your template.

Uploading an Image in Uptics Image Library

  1. With the Image Storage popup open on the 'Upload' tab across the top, simply click in the open area where it says "Click to Upload File or Drag & Drop an Image." Your File Explorer will open to choose the destination of the image file you wish to upload - select the file. Of course, you can also simply drag and drop an image in there as well. A preview of the image will appear.

  2. Upon choosing an image, click the green 'Upload' button in the bottom right-hand corner of the popup and this will store the image in your Image Library as well as insert the image into your template.

Inserting a Previously Uploaded Image into a Template (Image Library)
