Our suggestion would be to start out small under the sequence settings, with probably 10-20 contacts per day to start, and increase it from there!
If you do not have any pre-warmed domains, you may also want to consider setting up a separate domain for cold outreach to warm it up! Personalizing emails, validating the emails you are sending to, and sending emails from the new account to people who know you may also help.
Also, you will want to ensure your SPF and DKIM records are all set up!
