If you are noticing emails are sending out back to back, please confirm that you do indeed have a delay set between emails.
In the screenshot below, this is stating that there is a delay between the Step 2 Email and the Step 3 Email of 3 days.
We have come across scenarios where the delay was missed or overlooked during the sequence-building phase and/or a delay was created and applied on an incorrect step.
If your sequence is currently active, and you recently made a change to include a delay and did not have one prior, there may be some emails already scheduled for the current day that wouldn't reflect those changes. To adjust this and have these changes take effect immediately, use the toggle to pause, and then resume, the sequence and everything will get rescheduled using the most recently saved changes.
