Yes, we definitely have the option to update any existing contact data within Uptics with new data from your file during the import process.
This can be done while on the second step of the import process 'Data Type' - map your data by turning 'ON' the 1st option toggle that says 'Update existing Contacts with new data'. (see the below screenshot with the tooltip provided for better understanding).
On turning 'ON' that toggle option, the import will add any 'new record' and update all the existing records with information from your upload basis the email address field. Note: The system needs the email id for the unique identifier to initiate the update.
