Where can I see and check my available 'uptic credits' to be used?

Your 'uptic credits' are visible at the bottom left-hand side corner of your screen under 'Profile' within Uptics.

If the sidebar is minimized, you can view the same when you hover over the icon highlighted in the screenshot below.
