Uptics has built an integration that will allow you to sync your saved leads from Apollo directly into the Uptics Platform with the click of a button. If you are unfamiliar with Apollo.io, it allows you to gather lead lists of your ideal prospects across a multitude of different search parameters.
Free to get started, you can quickly and easily generate a list of leads with segmented data from a variety of search parameters including Job Titles, Company Names, Location, # of Employees, Industry, Keywords, and more! Furthermore, the lead lists provided will give you all the basic information you need to start prospecting including Names, Job Titles, Email Addresses, Phone Numbers, LinkedIn Profiles, Company Names, etc.

What do I need to do inside Apollo to save the leads I want to sync with Uptics?
Once setup is complete inside Apollo, select the 'Search' tab across the top menu.
From the Search tab, use the 'Filters' along the left navigation bar to search for your ideal prospects.
After your lead list has been narrowed down to your liking, select the leads you would like to save using the checkboxes to the left of each lead.
After your leads are selected, proceed by clicking the blue '+Save' button.
Once you select the save button, there are a few options to save to a specific list, however, you can simply proceed by clicking the blue 'Confirm' button in the bottom left-hand corner of the popup.
A notification will pop up letting you know that the leads are being saved, and upon a refresh, you will see these leads present under your 'Saved' people. The leads that are present under your 'Saved' leads will be the leads that will sync to Uptics once you connect with the API key.
Please note: Currently, only the leads under your 'Saved' leads, as shown below, are able to sync within Uptics. Other 'Lists' you may have saved inside of Apollo will not be able to be synced.
My leads are saved in Apollo, what next and how do I connect Apollo with Uptics?
Inside Apollo, click on 'Settings' across the top menu bar on the right side, then on the left navigation bar under 'Configurations' click on 'Integrations'.
Scroll to the bottom, in the box titled API, and click on 'Connect'.
Then, on the left panel click on 'API Keys', click on 'Create New Key', name your key whatever you'd like ('Uptics' will work!), and select 'Create API Key' in the bottom right hand corner of the popout.
Once the API key is created, click to copy the API Key, and proceed to log in to your Uptics Account.
Once logged in to your Uptics Account, proceed to Profile > Settings in the bottom left-hand corner of the application.
In the left-hand sub-panel, click on Integrations, and proceed to the Apollo section.
Paste the API key that you copied from Step 3, and click the green 'Save' button.
I have connected Apollo to Uptics, how do I sync my contacts?
While logged in to your Uptics Account, click on the Records tab on the left side toolbar, and then 'People' across the top.
When present on the People tab, proceed by clicking on the blue plus sign button near the top right-hand corner of the screen.
From the dropdown, select 'Apollo Sync'.
After a short time, depending on the number of contacts you are syncing, the contacts will be present under your list! This could take anywhere from seconds to a few minutes.
I had a bunch of leads already in the system, how can I separate the synced Apollo leads from my other leads?
Upon syncing your saved leads from Apollo with Uptics, Uptics will automatically assign a 'Lead Source' of 'Apollo' to these contacts for easy segmentation! You can run a filter to separate these, and even create a SmartList to always have quick access to these separate from your other leads.
Is there anything else I need to know?
It's actually quite that simple! Once you are familiarized with Apollo and have the API key set up inside Uptics, you can seamlessly continue to sync your saved leads from Apollo into Uptics whenever you'd like.
