How can I filter WarmUp emails from my inbox?

Steps to use the unique identifier to redirect your email warming emails

Uptics has a unique identifier that will show up at the end of the message body for email warming emails, and this can be found by going to the WarmUp tab on the left menu navigation and clicking into a specific Inbox that you have connected.

From there, you will see the unique identifier for that specific email address.

Please note, EACH connected inbox will have its own unique identifier, and this will only show up in the emails that your connected inbox receives from the Email Warming network. This allows for easy identification and labeling/filtering if you choose!

If you wish, inside your email client inbox, you may set up a filter for emails containing the unique identifier to skip the inbox and have a label applied. This should be ok to set up, but unfortunately, every email client handles them differently. This should only be done, however, if you have your MAIN email connected inside of Uptics and it's turned on for WarmUp.

For any additional inboxes that are connected for the sole purpose of sending outbound prospecting emails, there should be no need to set up these filters since you can handle all replies inside of Uptics and won't need to log into the actual email client.

If you are warming up a brand new domain, it shouldn't be an issue to leave these filters off. In fact, we would recommend against it since you're likely not using that actual email inbox, and the whole ecosystem will work more efficiently if messages are not being filtered.

If you are utilizing the Sales Inbox inside of Uptics, this will show any email replies and new emails from the contacts you have inside Uptics. It essentially serves as a consolidated single inbox for all of the inboxes you have connected inside of Uptics for sending and receiving sales emails.

As a final note, the Sales Inbox will not show any of the WarmUp emails from your connected inboxes as there is no need to have to see these inside of Uptics anyways!
