Whether you are creating a new template, or cloning an existing one, the naming of your templates are important so that you may easily reference them in the future!
You can use the Search Bar in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to type in any Template Name and click to open the template up after your results appear. From there, you may click into the input field in the upper right-hand corner of the template editor to make your edits (Step 6 in the image below).
Otherwise, you may follow the steps below while you are logged in to Uptics:
Click on the Records tab in the left menu navigation.
Click on Outbound across the top of the screen.
Select Templates.
Select Emails from the dropdown to the right.
Find and click on the template you'd like to edit the name of.
Edit the name of the template in the input box.
Press the Save button.
