At Uptics, our goal is to provide efficient and reliable email-sending services for our customers.
That said, although Uptics has a daily email send limit of 450 emails per inbox per day, for those with new domains and are just starting to warm up their emails, we suggest beginning with a low volume of 10 emails per inbox per day and gradually increasing to 50 emails per inbox per day (75 max) once the email is fully warmed up.
If you are utilizing our email WarmUp feature, you can read here to get some insight on when your inboxes will be ready to begin sending!
Once the inbox is fully warmed, if you would like to continue warming up your email it would be advised to adjust the Optional Settings for each connected Inbox to a Daily Sending Max of 25 emails per day. This leaves around 50 emails for live sending, since you'll ideally want to stay within the 50-75 recommended emails a day total between live sending and WarmUp.
This gradual approach will prevent burning the domain and improve deliverability.
We recommend spreading your email sends across multiple inboxes using our cold emailing multi-domain strategy for even greater deliverability.
Although we leave the ultimate decision of how many emails to send up to our customers (up to the 450 daily email send limit per inbox per day), we strongly advise against surpassing 50 to 75 email sends per inbox per day recommendation, especially for cold outreach.
Otherwise, you may experience deliverability issues very quickly.
Thank you for trusting Uptics as your cold email-sending service provider, and we hope these guidelines will help you maximize your email-sending potential while maintaining high deliverability rates.
