To sign up for an Uptics account, there are a few things needed with your email account and domain to be able to sign up for a new company account inside the platform.
1) Your email must be a business domain, i.e. not a personal email address
2) Your email must be a valid email address (we run signups through an email validation prior to allowing registration)
If you are getting the error, as seen below, please sign up using a valid email address.
If you believe this to be incorrect, we would recommend one or more of the following:
Check-in with your Email Provider Administrator to see why your email address may not be returning as valid.
Run your email address through an email validation service, if you'd like to see what the email address is returning as (we can run this for you if you send us a screenshot of the above error message with the email you are trying to sign up with).
Simply sign up with a separate and valid email.
