Uptics has built an integration that will allow you to sync your Jobs from Loxo directly into the Uptics Platform with the click of a button.
Loxo is an ATS for staffers and recruiters. When combined with Uptics, you can level up and create sequences inside of your Uptics account to reach out to your candidates! For more information on Loxo, please check out their website.
This article will cover how to set up the integration, as well as answer any additional questions about the integration you may have.
Upon connecting your Loxo API Username, API Password, and API Key under the Integration Settings, you will be able to enroll your specific Jobs from Loxo into your Uptics Sequences. You will see additional options/dropdowns in the Sequence Auto-Enrollment popout to choose a specific job from Loxo that you would like enrolled into the sequence. Once a Loxo Job is chosen, those contacts will sync into Uptics and enroll them into the sequence.
What do I need to do inside Loxo to sync with Uptics?
To begin, if you are using Loxo and wish to connect to Uptics, you will need to reach out and obtain these credentials from Loxo Support.
You may send their team an in-app chat message, or write to their team directly at [email protected]. As long as you include that you're looking for API credentials to connect your Loxo Account via integration to uptics.io, they will be able to issue these to you.
The credentials you will need access to include the Loxo API Key, API Username, and API Password.
I have my Loxo API Key, Username, and Password. What next, and how do I connect Loxo with Uptics?
Once you have your API Key from Loxo, follow the steps below to add the API Key to Uptics.
While logged into Uptics, proceed to your Profile > Settings > Integrations.
Proceed to the Loxo section and paste in your Loxo API Key, Loxo API Username, and Loxo API Password.
Click the green 'Save' button.
Once you have entered the required information, you will get prompted with a notification as shown below.
I have connected Loxo to Uptics, how do I sync my contacts?
To utilize the Loxo Integration within Uptics, once the API key has been entered and saved, you can choose to sync and enroll your candidates into a sequence from any Job(s) you have inside of Loxo.
When your candidates from Loxo are synced, in addition to enrolling them into a sequence, a corresponding Contact Record will be created inside of Uptics to view and edit their properties, as well as see any activity or communication history with each individual.
To do so, whether you are building a new sequence or editing an existing one, you can select the Job(s) you'd like to sync by following the instructions below.
How to add Loxo Jobs when building a Sequence in Uptics
When you are building a new sequence, and you come to the Enrollment Options, select Automatic & Dynamic.
On the popout to the right, select any Job(s) you'd like to sync.
Once your selections are made, press the 'Save Smartlists' button in the bottom right and your candidates will sync into Uptics, create contact records, and get enrolled into the sequence you have selected for them to get enrolled into.
How to add Loxo Jobs in an existing Sequence in Uptics
When you have an existing sequence in Uptics that you'd like to sync Loxo Jobs with, begin by clicking into the Sequence from your Sequence List page and clicking the Enrollment tab across the top of the page.
In the upper right-hand corner, click on the Automatic & Dynamic icon.
On the popout to the right, select any Loxo Job(s) you'd like to sync.
Once your selections are made, press the 'Save Smartlists' button in the bottom right and your candidates will sync into Uptics, create contact records, and get enrolled into the sequence you have selected for them to get enrolled into.
What fields from Loxo are being sent to Uptics?
The following is a list of fields that we fetch from Loxo anytime there is a sync initiated. These properties will match to their corresponding properties inside of Uptics, along with enrolling the candidates into the sequence in which you initiated the sync.

It's actually quite that simple! Once you are familiarized with Loxo and have the API key set up inside Uptics, you can seamlessly continue to sync your Jobs from Loxo into Uptics whenever you'd like.
Here are a few other points about the integration:
This integration does not currently support 2-way or ongoing sync, but it will in the future.
If you'd like to re-sync your Jobs from Loxo, simply re-open the Automatic & Dynamic Enrollment Popout, reselect the jobs from the dropdowns, and press 'Save Smartlists' again to re-sync.
Because we currently haven't implemented auto-syncing, when you import contacts from the same job for the second time, inside Uptics the list will be updated but no duplicates will be created, and the old candidates will be exactly where they left off in the sequence.
Contacts will sync if there is no email address, and thus, the number of candidates inside Loxo and Uptics will match up.
