Any time you receive an SMS reply into Uptics, this will show as a task and inbound SMS inside of your Sales Inbox, which is the same spot as where any email replies, tasks, and other to-do's will appear.
You can also filter for specific task types (email replies, SMS, to-do's, etc.) and save them as SmartLists on the Inbox to easily re-access at a later time.
By clicking in to any task on the Sales Inbox, that will open up the Contact Details Popup where you can review the history and respond to the SMS message.
A few other spots you may come across this information:
- Run a filter on the Contact Page for Number of SMS Replies greater than 0, and that will return any records why have replied to an SMS.
- Reports can be created to view SMS Reply Numbers, and upon clicking into the report, the itemized breakdown of the replies will allow you to access any record who replied.
- The notification bell in the upper right hand corner of your screen will display these notifications and allow you to easily click into the contact record's pop out to respond to the reply.
