If you have signed up to Uptics using the Google Login, rather than by providing an email address and a password for your credentials, there may be some initial restrictions if you are looking to either (1) change the email address associated with your Uptics Account, or (2) change the password for your Uptics Account.
With either action you are trying to accomplish, you will first need to change your account from logging in with Google to logging in with your email address and password for your Uptics Credentials.
In order to do this, simply do a password reset at https://app.uptics.io/forgot-password, rather than from inside the Uptics App, to switch your login credentials to email and password, rather than via Google.
Once you initiate the password reset at the above URL, and if the email exists as being associated to a user in Uptics, an email with instructions will be sent to the Google Email Account you entered.
Follow the steps in the email to click the link and enter your new password. Once completed, you will be able to log in to Uptics using your email address and password, rather than the Google Login button.
Once this has been completed, if you need to change the email address associated to your Uptics Account you may do so by following the instructions at https://help.uptics.io/en/articles/7235684-how-to-change-the-email-on-my-uptics-account.
